a russian submarine is sending an SOS message on a de-crypted frequency

A de-crypted frequency?

Is that anything like a 'flux capacitor'?

Sorry. I got some more info from the swedish tv-channel TV4. A message was sent on a emergency frequency used by the russian navy to call an emergency. It was responded by a frequency sent form the russian naval base in Kaliningrad. The later frequency was not decoded by the swedish forces but they knew where it cane from.

A more accurate word would be “unencrypted” or the military term “in the clear”.

Silly question.

It’s the one that Kenneth uses.
