“What happens to ebola if it gets in our water?”
Good news!
It flows down hill......
She might just have the regular flu. But the psychological impact of asking possibly hundreds of people, have you been around this person is major. If she does have it....then it’s
panic time. She would be the first person infected without being a family member or medical person not directly involved in anyway with the lying POS that brought this over here.
1. GTF OUT OF A TRAIN STATION!!!!!!
2. Maybe walk back to my apartment and call authorities and have no contact with anyone who was not in a hazmat suit.
3. If too far to walk, I'd go to some empty area, call some sort of authority and explain the situation and have someone, again in the proper PPE, come get me.
All that is just speculation that she had just begain feeling feverish and was well enough to walk, etc.
Another question--I get that we are a mobile society but why is every nearly every single frikking person involved in this fiasco on multiple leg flights, trains, cruise ships, etc? This is like a B movie plot.
Lots of African travelers visit Alaska and Hawaii. A tourist destination probably wouldn’t be the best place to hide.
Did you see the story that the family will be freed on Monday 12:00 AM ?
And it begins again. Each time of false safety will be increasingly short until the infection is a steady stream.
The only way this can be stopped is by strict quarantine by internment.
That is what all the successful containment operations have done.
Better internment than martial law and mass infection and death that overwhelm all hope of containment.
If there is any rumor of martial law or election suspension, Perry and Abbott need to fax off the Restoration of The Republic of Texas to the WH.
Screw this. Frieden, Jenkins and his type are complicit with Zero in not staying on top of this.
If this woman comes up positive, and indeed was the one in the photo while they were power-washing Duncan’s puke, it’s time for Texas-style quarantine protocols.
They’re dropping like flies!!!
It is a little odd. A person like me hasn't been on any of those for many, many years. But they are much younger and have cash flow.
I did.
That doesn’t change my wish that instead of an innocent family get Ebola that the judge and his family be the lucky ones instead.
Oh, my ...
uh-oh
At this point just a low grade fever is enough if you are on the watch list.
I am getting really sick of seeing Obama’s smug face telling everyone to calm down. I wonder how calm he would be if it was one of his daughters.
Contrary to what he says, we can at least try to quarantine West Africa. It would be hard. Quarantines here are hard. But it certainly would help.
BREAKING ...
Dallas County Judge Jenkins expected to discuss DART incident at 3:30. Watch live on WFAA.com.

Ebola Victim’s Family Prepares to Leave Quarantine (47 exposed to Duncan to be cleared Mon. 12am)
If she had a recent pedicure there would be micro-dermabrasions on her toes, which are exposed.
Somehow fingers (and now toes) seem to me the a growing risk.
Did this woman know Duncan? Why didn’t those workers warn her away from the runoff?
It really isn't a water-bourne disease and this isn't considered a likely vector. If a large concentration of virons were to find their way into the water supply, ozone, chlorine and ammonia used by treatment plants treat water effectively. More concerning, if an Ebola outbreak occurred, is that many municipal maintenance workers would stay home and city utilities would be in jeopardy.
