Perhaps not. Their whole intent is to mislead, so you need to view all important statements as the opposite of the truth. The administration 0-bots are only talking to their dwindling drone base. Hopefully, a few brave souls in the administration and government will continue to leak out the truth as the lies grow more and more dangerous. These folks have families & kids and don’t want to die of Ebola even if it goes against 0bama’s political interests.
