I’m a pastor and I don’t even think about someone’s tax deduction. In fact, I don’t think about deductions of any kind at all, because unless they total to a goodly amount, everyone falls under the standard deduction anyway.

All of this is moot, however, because the 1st amendment clearly disentangles governments from church business.

However, as with marriage, there are activities of the church that naturally overlap activities of the government. That doesn’t mean that government determines if 2 people married by a church are married. Nor does it mean that a worship building built by a church is subject to the government.

Yes ... the Constitution absoluely protects the "activities" of "pure, simple, churches".

And ... the Constitution ALSO REQUIRES ...

persons, corporations, and "religious charitable corporations" (like Houston's Christian Churches) ...

to fully HONOR the full "terms and conditions" of business contracts.



IRS 501-C3 is a legally binding contract ... between CONSENTING parties ... whose "terms and conditions" each party MUST follow.

A) The IRS honors it's COVENANT requirement of this "federal contract" by giving Church contributors FINANCIAL CREDIT for their gifts/tithes/donation on their annual U.S. Federal Income Tax Return

B) The Churches MUST honor it's COVENTANT requirement of this "federal contract" by OBEYING the "terms and conditions" outlined (in detail) in IRS Pamplet-1828 (link provided above).



Will some Christian Believer here (please) explain to me how a Christian Church can obey BOTH ...

1) their COVENANT with THE LORD to speak His truth without reservation

and

2) their IRS 501-C3 "federal contract" COVENANT to speak THE LORD's truth ...

... ONLY so long as it doesn't offend gays, sodomites, murderers, Allah, Obama, Muslims, etc.
