The vehicle was a SUV not a car.
Officer Wilson is guilty, Guilty, GUILTY!!!
Of Policing While White!
“THAT BLOOD WAS PLANTED!!!”
“JUS LIKE THEY DID TO OJ!!!”
Prosecutors and juries will take solid forensic evidence over witness testimony because witnesses may lie, but the science doesn’t.
If they’re just looking for a scapegoat, the night-people can go pound sand into a rat-hole.
If this goes to trial, I would subpoena every “eyewitness” who claimed that Brown was shot in the back, and then get them to relate on the witness stand what they saw. If they stick to their original story, present them with the autopsy evidence. If they go back on the original story, ask them why they lied.
He was going to pull him into the car to spank him and then things went wrong. /s
This is also the first account I've seen which says that Brown was shot in the struggle for the gun in the car. Which makes one wonder. If he had been shot and wounded once and had gotten away, does it make sense that he would have stopped, turned around, and charged back at the officer?
If you're Brown and you've already, according to the account, been shot once in the arm in the struggle for the gun and then have gotten away why would you stop, turn around, and "bum charge" the officer who still had the gun?
Dontcha’ love the “Mr Brown” inserted throughout the article. It should be replaces with “perp”.
Need to see if it reappears after the grand jury acquits Officer Wilson. Dont know who owns the photo and if they have official authority to release it.

I seem to recall that it was the policeman who drove Wilson to the hospital that took the pictures.
From the NY Times article:
The account of Officer Wilsons version of events did not come from the Ferguson Police Department or from officials whose activities are being investigated as part of the civil rights inquiry.
At :32 into the video
New York Times publishes Officer Darren Wilsons account of the Michael Brown shooting
But he hadn't gotten away. As he was running away, Officer Wilson fired four shots at (or near) him, while yelling STOP.
At that point, Brown stopped and turned back towards the Officer. He then taunted the Officer (according to early witnesses) with "Whatcha gonna do, shoot me ?" (this is where he had his hands out with palms up). Then, Dorian Johnson (who was hiding behind a parked vehicle) yelled "GO MIKE, GO" (before, or as) Mike Brown charged forward towards Officer Wilson.
Forget the eyewitnesses. Forget the protesters. Forget all the people on both sides of the issue blindly supporting one man or the other. The ony thing that matters is the physical evidence, and that's coming out in drips and drops. So we now know what has long been alleged; there was a struggle for the gun and shots were fired in the vehicle. We now know for the first time that the evidence shows that Brown was wounded in the struggle. We don't know what happened after that, and probably won't until the results of the autopsy are released. Until then I'm still questioning why Bronw would run into the gunfire.
Why would you break store windows out, run in and steal items, then set fire to the place, all while the MEDIA had cameras on you and the POLICE were standing there watching ?
Mr. Brown had an audience. It was his 'hood'. It was his 'reputation'. His friend was daring him.
There are many different reasons for Mike Brown's behavior, just as there are for the behavior of the Ferguson 'protestors'.
The 'reasons' aren't necessarily 'logical'.
Apparently not.
