WASHINGTON The police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., two months ago has told investigators that he was pinned in his vehicle and in fear for his life as he struggled over his gun with Mr. Brown, according to government officials briefed on the federal civil rights investigation into the matter.
The officer, Darren Wilson, has told the authorities that during the scuffle, Mr. Brown reached for the gun. It was fired twice in the car, according to forensics tests performed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The first bullet struck Mr. Brown in the arm; the second bullet missed........

Bump
Don’t they realize that Wilson has to die for the sins of whites since time immemorial.
Leaked Grand Jury then?
Incidents such as this, and Trayvon, and the recent protests about the black “teen” who was shot in St. Louis the other day, make me lose what little respect I may have had for issues of racism and all that.
Reason being, these black activist protesters are rallying around thugs and criminals who got what they deserved, and claim that they are innocent victims of racism. They so completely trivialize issues of race, that it makes me just tune it all out and think that they are full of it.
I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels that way.
Pigs is flying.
NYT publishes an article with new info that supports the cop.
This article pretty much explains why he should be exonerated and tacitly states the main witness, Brown’s accomplice in the earlier robbery, is lying.
For those who haven’t read, there was blood from Brown on the cops clothing from when Brown was fighting with the officer in or at the police car. Brown was shot in the arm.
This is well prior to the fatal shots where Brown was not in proximity of the officer.
Add to that, a sad but cruel fact (and one touched upon in “Bonfire of the Vanities”) is that these thugs are worth more to the parents dead than they are alive.
Because when he got out of the car, after struggling for his weapon and being pummeled by the big thug, he told the thug to stop and then the big guy, in the words of witnesses, "bum charged," the officer.
Knowing how big and strong the guy was, he fired in fear of his life.
End of story...end of a criminal thug.
Johnson is a liar, plain and simple. He could face felony homicide or manslaughter charges because he was with Brown when the attack took place. He might also face petty larceny charges re Brown’s stealing from the grocery store.
He has every reason to lie because if he told the truth, he would destroy the myth about Brown’s total actions, and thus would be branded an “Uncle Tom” by the black extremists both in Ferguson and outside of it.
The forensic evidence is going to clear the police officer and expose a number of liars in Ferguson, the media and among the ambulance chasers such as Sharpton, Jackson, and attorney Crump and his toady partner (a real disgrace to the legal profession, if that is possible any longer).
Also, how can a police officer inside of a squad car grab a huge person like Brown around the neck and try to pull him into the car? I’m 6’2” and I couldn’t do that to someone who weighted between 250 - 300 lbs (I’m 240).
It is just a matter of the law of physics and biology (re arm length and position in the car). But science is not viewed rationally by the Left today so mob insanity is allowed to dominate the news instead of good forensic reporting.
True. Sabrina Fulton, biological mother of Trayvon, who did not raise him full time past the age of 2, has embarked on a new career as a leader in this movement against racism and profiling and all that. All due to the death of the son she didn’t raise. She sure was eager to profit off the death of the son she didn’t raise.
Was this story released, to soften the blow if the grand jury comes back with a decision not to indict???? We’ll see. But this is damning evidence AGAINST the race hustlers who want a lynch mob.
To #4: There was at least one photograph published of the injuries to the officer’s face and it showed serious injuries all around it. (Assuming that this is a real photo and not a photoshopped one).
Need to see if it reappears after the grand jury acquits Officer Wilson. Don’t know who owns the photo and if they have official authority to release it.
Something to watch for.
Not really. They throw in Johnson's original lies that fanned the flames of neighborhood thugs leading to riots. He has since recanted the lies.
I think so, that’s what it seems like
Timing.
When will the grand jury finding be released?
How will it impact the election?
Time will tell.
Any rioting tonight?
“They throw in Johnson’s original lies...”
Yes. And then point out that this incontrovertible evidence contradicts him.
It called him out as a liar without explicitly saying it.
The officer was almost downed from the struggle....
