WASHINGTON Beneath the calming reassurance that President Obama has repeatedly offered during the Ebola crisis, there is a deepening frustration, even anger, with how the government has handled key elements of the response.
Those frustrations spilled over when Mr. Obama convened his top aides in the Cabinet room after canceling his schedule on Wednesday. Medical officials were providing information that later turned out to be wrong. Guidance to local health teams was not adequate. It was not clear which Ebola patients belonged in which threat categories.
Its not tight, a visibly angry Mr. Obama said of the response, according to people briefed on the meeting. He told aides they needed to get ahead of events and demanded a more hands-on approach, particularly from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He was not satisfied with the response, a senior official said.

You forgot the one about how he will not sleep until (insert crises here) is solved.
Truthfully, no CEO of any company can keep their finger on all aspects of a business. The successful ones appoint competent managers. Looks like The Won (or Valerie) has terrible, really bad instincts when it comes to choosing his supporting staff.
I recall that Barry said that there was no one angrier than he about the IRS targeting. Then he tried to cover it up and held no one accountable. Seems that in all instances of Barry’s failures, he claims that there is no one angrier.
Bammy and ValJar need to stop appointing leftist hacks to positions of power.
Good one.
The New York Times is working hard to cover up and spin for the guy, while he and the democrat party have no problem getting people here infected because liberal ideology trumps everything, even the well being of Americans.
Good question. Why?
Incompetent boob.
Incompetent boob.
If he is upset, the primary person he should be upset with is himself. Maybe the CDC and other parts of HHS would run better if he hadn’t prioritized abortion advocacy all these years...
Eventually he’ll learn that when you appoint people to positions of high responsibility based on how much they’ve given your campaign or their skin color rather than their competence in the field you get trash.....
Just curious but if you were president and looking to circumvent the Constitution, would you hire a doctor to run this crisis? Or a lawyer?
Oh, yeah right. Obama hasn't been "deeply engaged" until last week.
Again he is leading from behind expecting CDC to make all decisions.
The "seething" stuff is just to make him look "manly or something" (in Jimmy Carter's words).
Great question for libs.
They are desperately trying to avoid a civil war that will rapidly escalate into genocide.
Personally, I'm all for a eugenic solution to democrats. An unexpected benefit of Democrat extinction would be a shift of the national IQ bell curve 50% to the higher end of the scale.
(My theory is that the stupid half voted for the Corrupt Commie, and the rest of the votes were stolen, per standard Chicago practice.)
Poor Obama... surrounded by rubes. A seething, angry outsider with no connection to the very people he selected to work their ignorance and incompetence.
Classic.
We don't even know if these people were "briefed" directly by the attendees or by second-hand accounts.
