BHO2 is desperately trying to expedite a civil disturbance that results in his declaring Martial Law. That will effectively make him a dictator and tyrant.

Nothing, NOTHING will satisfy his controllers more than the elimination of the United State’s middle class and their self-governing Constitution.

I suspect he’s been told if it doesn’t work, he will be assassinated in order to achieve the anarchy desired by his controllers.

I have to wonder if he's not trying to overwhelm and collapse the healthcare system so that a massive federal bailout (and the control that goes with it) results in a defacto nationalization.
