The C/P strategy supposes that the Feds can openly work to destroy the federal government's legitimacy (open borders, Ebola, ISIS, etc.) and then after they've created chaos that the people will turn to - you guessed it, the federal government!

Undermine legitimacy to the point of chaos, and presto! Massively increased legitimacy!
Only professional community organizers could have come up with such a patently foolish idea.
But the dumbed down will wait for FEMA, the CDC, their EBT cards to save them.
