If that is supposed to be healthy, what is with the packaged crackers and processed lunchmeat loaded with chemicals and salt? How about a decent sized serving of some “real” meat, a bigger serving of steamed or raw veggies, maybe with some butter, a bit of brown rice and fresh fruit? And why would anyone in their right mind listen to nutritional advice from a woman with professional grade thunder thighs who has been photographed on numerous occasions stuffing her face with fast food?
Kids are not adults-they have higher energy levels, and nutrition requirements-that looks like a lunch for adults on the Weight Watchers plan...
