I had read and heard several other things.

Vinson had other symptoms of Ebola, but not as high a temperature as they had readjusted since Ms. Pham was diagnosed ( hers was also below 101. 4). {CNN}

Vinson was taken to Emory because the nursing staff was threatening to furlough or refuse to take care of her, and the hospital was afraid she was not get care at Dallas Presbyterian. {CNN}

and “Summit County Public Health officials are still trying to determine who Vinson may have seen and where she went while she was visiting family. A family member has already self-quarantined himself in a Tallmadge home following Vinson’s positive test.”
