Okay, I'm actually impressed that there's still a Democrat publicly stating his opposition in the wake of the SCOTUS in-decisions, even if there's a nod-nod-wink-wink component to it because not everyone gets the memo.
Granted, it should be safe to stake out such a position as nothing will come of it anyway.
