To: Dead Corpse
Since my doctor told me to go gluten free and concentrate on meat and veggies, the good to bad cholesterol ratio has moved into the good range and I have lost 10 pounds.

I exercise (weights) three to five days a week. My strength and stamina has improved.

Cutting out a bunch of starches and processed foods combined with exercise.

Never a bad recipe. :-)
