If the source country was S. Korea or Australia, Baraq would shut them down in a heartbeat. It’s way too politically incorrect to sanction a black or muslim country.

That would be a great help, but I don't think he's going to go there. That would be an admission that he screwed up. His pride and ego supersede his desire to change course and do the right thing.
I think the only thing that might halt international travel is a congressional threat of impeachment or something like that. Even that probably wouldn't work.

Sealing off the infected areas from outbound travel would have made sense a month or so ago. Wayyy too late now.
I suppose we could shut down US travel and try to isolate the current crisis. Obama doesn’t have the guts for that I’m sure.
