What’s the difference between the crystals and tablets? Where do you get the crystals? Do you know the dosage, frequency?
OK...I happened to hear Dr. Michael Savage discussing with Laura Ingraham on her radio show because she was sick...he said the crystals are much more bioavailable and usable by the body....and then said he would talk to her offline....I know MY doctor (MD and ND who teaches others) believes in Vitamin C.. (Dr. Jonathan Wright)....and you can order Crystals online...or get them at most health stores/departments.
