No, I believe he is correct. Getting rid of it at this point is not possible. Like it or not, Ocare is here to stay. It will only "evolve" only time. If it is abandoned or changed significantly, it will be to single payer. That was the original goal. It's not going away, nor will we see the insurance industry anything close to what it was before Ocare. At this point, it's not possible to do away with Ocare and return to what we had before. The implications and unintended consequences of doing so would do even more damage.
b/s.
This isn’t about the merits of changing or ending odumbocare.
This is about the RINO flipflopping candidate showing his cards before the deal is done.
I am used to RINO’s showing their true colors after the election win, but this guy is a true piece of work.

You must be related to Pelosi. It’s just too hard. We can’t fix it until we find out what will happen. What a crock.
When you have been bitten by a rabid dog, you don’t learn to live with rabies. There is no cure worse than this disease!
It will continue to destroy the best medical system that the world has ever seen. Kill it, cowards!
It is a tax, which can be repealed by the next legislature seated.
Gee...dware. That’s just a load of horse puckey.
Of course, we CAN get rid of it. Just takes clear vision, and good moral compass. Defund it. Specifically. Don’t pay any bills or fund any part of it under any circumstances.
The entitlement mindset is the greatest danger to this nation, today. STOP the madness.

So in your world Prohibition was never repealed?
Plessy v Ferguson still stands? Scott v Sanford? Korematsu v US?
Roe v. Wade should be settled just like Nat’l Federation of Independent Business v Sebilius (Obamacare)?
Your trust in the gov’t and courts and distrust of constitutional limitations are amazingly suspect.
