Well, seeing as aluminum is the third most abundant element in the Earths crust, its going to be difficult to stay away from it entirely. Aluminum is highly reactive ... in nature it is found primarily in the form of insoluble oxides and silicates.

So of course I looked up elements in the earth's crust. #1 is oxygen, representing almost half the earth's crust at 461,000 ppm.
And now I have a sinking feeling that I'm walking on air.

just like fluoride. calcium fluoride is good,’sodium’fluoride not so good.
