No one to blame if it was a hit organized by, say, Iran. That just leaves “who?” to blame for refusing to provide for the ambassador’s security, refusing to send a rescue, refusing to secure the scene afterward, refusing to send in investigators for a month after, and lying to America and congress at each and every step of the way.
I don’t think Hillary avoids that blame.
My guess is sometime closer to 2016, evidence will surface showing "Valerie Jarrett" was responsible for denying security requests for the Benghazi CIA operation.
