The death rate in the Ebola outbreak has risen to 70 percent and there could be up to 10,000 new cases a week in two months, the World Health Organization warned Tuesday.

Interesting points, especially about the later stages of the disease and the contagious rate.
So far, the death rate of west Africans in the U.S. is 100%.
The death rate is not going to come down until Obola is out of office.
I made the calls too. I actually googled NYS Senate and got the entire list of all the State Senators. You can put your address in to get the contact info for your State Senator.
I can’t believe that we even have to demand that these politicians take common sense precautions to protect their citizens.
We are all just speculating at this point, but the information here makes more sense than what comes from the idiots at the CDC.
Thank you.

Is Ebola Zaire strain the one that mutates into other strains?
Thanks for making the calls.
I hope others do also.
I think the tide will turn today on this issue.
Two weeks too late, but better than two weeks of insanity.
Salvation, just type the www. addresses into your browser—it will take you to the web page for the Senate or for the House.
If you look up your individual house or Senate rep, there will be a link to their home page as well, with local office numbers.
I make the calls to DC to get a quicker response, because that is where the main staffs are.
It's only fair. Besides, we can always check their temperatures when they arrive here (if that particular airport is doing screening) and make them fill out a probing questionnaire ("honor system", of course).
Didn't I read someplace last night approximately 13% of Ebola victims don't exhibit high temperatures as part of their initial symptoms? On the other hand, we are sure to catch the 87% who do and send them to a nice American hospital where they can be well taken care of.
I'm sure things will work out just fine. After all, our CDC has this little problem well under control!
I just called my Congressman Mark Pocan (DemonCrat-WI).
I got an actual person...which means the phone lines are not being used too much by other citizens calling in.
The woman who I spoke to did not disagree with me about anything I said, concerning the flights stopping AND closing the south border to stop the threats from there, AND I added that Colleen Hufford was killed by a terrorist at her job in Oklahoma and you don’t even hear about that.
I said it is president Obama’s (I never call him that usually!) first job to protect the citizens and he is not doing that, I said he seems to be doing a lot of golfing and fundraising though.
Thank you, exit82, for inspiring me to call my CongressCritter. He is a dem, but he has my opinion and demands on these issues now.
I just call my Senate Critter’s Office too, Queen of the Lesbo Libs, Tammy Baldwin (DemonCrat-WI).
The woman on the phone was cold as ice, but said she’d pass along my message to Baldwin.
Just called my other senator, Ron Johnson (R-WI).
Pinging you to this thread, so your list might consider calling their congressmen and senators to stop the flights from Africa.
I posted easy links with the phone numbers of the reps.
Thanks
Good for you for calling your reps.
The staff is always in touch with their boss, and they give them the tally of what the hot topics are and what their constituents are saying.
All three of my reps are Dem, but they hear from me anyway.
When I gave them the fact, and made the case why we need to shut the migration down —TODAY—they agreed also.
It is our job to hold the feet of the Senators and Representatives in Congress to the fire.
After all, our families’ live are literally at stake here.
I pinged “null and void” who has the Bring Out Your Dead Ping List. I hope some of on that list will also call their reps.
I was surprised how warm Mark Pocan’s phone person was. She sounded as concerned as I am about everything.
Thank you, FRiend.
Many people do not call—they are intimidated.
But these people work for us, and we pay for their salaries and benefits.
So, they are going to hear from us.
Especially about such an important issue as this.
I’m linking your thread to another one on FR, along with the gov’t links. We need to get all the callers we can.
Thanks— I am not good at doing that.
