Easy! Just look up his senate page and write him. When you put down the address. simply pick a city with an appropriate Zip code in place of your own. Their system only keys off these two elements. You can even use your own street address, I do, and it works every time! I usually select “Other” for the subject. Since it’s e-mail, I often get a canned response so I know at least they looked at it. Avoid the terms FI and SOB, otherwise, have at it.
I’ve had my IP address or something tracked doing that but I’ll give it a whirl.
