No, he ALREADY brought it, and is continuing to bring more. Elementary cosmic justice requires that he catch it, along with all of the people who have and will suffer because of his callously political handling of this matter. At a minimum, he is guilty of negligent homocide if the Dallas nurse dies, and more reasonably of criminally-negligent homocide.
