Bayou Lafourche, home of *Bruce De Gator*, just 100 feet or so on the other side of the road.

Figured he'd jump up to see what's going on.

We didn't have much luck today. But thank you all anyway for your prayers and well wishes. I appreciate that more than I can say.

We drove all the way up the the MRI lab, and when I got into the test room, I noticed that the MRI was the size of a MUCH smaller person. I tried getting into it, but
I was on my stomach, and the tube was squishing me, so I couldn't breathe. I was supposed to be in it for 45 minutes and have an IV full of dye to show what's going
on in there, but since I couldn't breathe, there was no way I would survive for 45 minutes in the damn thing. I called it off (my prerogative).

That was a three-hour trip to get there and back, only to have it turn into a disaster.

When we got home, Bryan snagged the box of stuff for the shoot, and went to work so he could send it over night to Gunner. He was going to send it 2nd day, but it
turned out to be less expensive to over night it because it's very light.

I got on the horn to the Reflections Breast Center, and there ensued a jumble of appointment cancellations and resetting. Now I have an appointment to have my DNA
checked tomorrow to assess my cancer risk in the future. Malignant brain tumors run in my family along with many other types of cancer, so they're going to check me.

On the 22nd, instead of having my post-MRI consultation, I'll be having my actual MRI finally. ;-D

My consult appointment has been pushed out to October 27. What a Charlie Foxtrot this all has been.

I can't wait until the surgery, reconstruction, and hormone therapy are over so I can forget I ever had breast cancer.
