Chickens don’t get Ebola, they’re widely kept in the affected areas and this would be known without a doubt by now. Workers in chicken processing plants coming down with Ebola might result in production from their shift(s) being discarded out of an abundance of caution but the likelihood of disease transmission via the chicken is practically nil.
Pork, on the other hand, is susceptible and may end up with herds being culled.
Chickens don’t get ebola. If true, it makes no difference. Would you eat chicken that was processed by an ebola patient? Maybe you would. But would others?
