I stopped flying with them a few years back because of situations just like this one.
No sense of customer service and always “thats our policy” when they do some minor, petty thing to make your life miserable.
A couple months ago I needed to get make a quick, unexpected trip and US Air was the only option so I gave them a re try.
Same old, same old.
I think it's a Union mentality thing
US Air sucks bad. All the airlines do. The employees don’t work or think. It’s the fault of management. Whenever i see terrible service, it’s the managements fault.
