Unless the airline has the ability to offer tho service, I think she was right to refuse. You might have a point there, but not if she was rude and dismissive, as some reported.

US soldiers should always be given respect and shown our appreciation.
Its a sad commentary on US Airways its flight attendant didn’t show that courtesy.
The men and women who serve our country deserve whatever assistance we can render them - whether they are in active service or retired.
