People need to understand that this law is not going away. It's too late and the political will does not exist to repeal it.

Get used to tinkering on the margins to pacify certain political groups but no substantial change or repeal.

I was responding to the post that wrote of repealing Senator Collins. Highly unlikely, she is ahead by 20 points or so.
