He needs to be asked a simple question: if blacks are willing to rebel against America, would they be satisfied with relocation to Africa, where they would be “empowered”?

It could be noted to him that several relocation movements in the past, such as that by Marcus Garvey, were very popular among blacks and might have been successful. And with modern ships and aircraft, as well as an endowment so that they would arrive in Africa with some money to build new lives, their passage could be comfortable and prompt and their settlement orderly.

In all honesty, this may be the only way we keep from having a VERY bloody civil war. It would not even be remotely equitable in fighting ability and really, starvation would take more than bullets.

So, yes , I agree there should be a renewed Marcus Garvey movement.
