True. I would recommend anyone nostalgic for late USSR to visit Minsk.
And Pyongyang would be a fitting cure for Stalinist sympathizers.
BTW, some areas of NYC do their best to outshine Minsk in that department . 1970-1980s immigrants are busy to preserve environment they have allegedly escaped from.
