The Ebola virus recently broke out in Findas viallage of Guinea. Unfortunately not everyone can win the battle against this deadly virus

The most infectious fluids are blood, feces and vomit, although the virus has also been detected in breast milk, urine and semen, according to the World Health Organization. Saliva and tears may also carry some risk.
The only thing that can really kill the ebola virus is bleach.
“Many patient may be apyrexial (no fever) on presentation.”
from PRINCIPLES OF MEDICINE IN AFRICA
On a different website “ebolanews”, it stated that Finda already had fever and was vomiting by the time the doctors came to check on her.

Bleach kills everything from Ebola to jock itch. I had a theory on Ebola and viruses in general. Exposé them to extreme cold. At what temperature will the virus die at?
21 days folks it remains undetected...
21 days.
Bleach on Jock itch?
Lets hope nobody decides to try that.
they will not die out in the cold- it will PRESERVE them from eventually dying at room temperature (on a surface)

Cold is the wrong way to go. at -70, the virus can last indefinitely. Heat or bleach or UV light.
Huh? Bleach is not even the highest activity decontaminant against this family of viruses. What about glutaraldehyde, ortho-phthalaldehyde, hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, 70+% EtoH, iodophores (povidone, betadine), and phenolic compounds?
I will grant you that bleach is the most likely thing that a typical family will have around the house, but hospitals and labs have access to many of the compounds in my list, and they are quite effective.

decided to go blonde eh?
I’m surprise they did not burtn her body instead they buried her.

Works on athlete’s foot too (since 1964). Tough on under-arm stink as well (U.S.M.C.).
I have been using hydrogen peroxide as an antiseptic my entire long life.
Convenient and cheap.
.
Note the coffin lid wasn’t nailed on. Guess that is so when she wakes up, she can dig out.
Those nasty hovels in Duncan’s neighborhood are in serious need of cheap whitewash on the walls and floors. Guess what? Whitewash is an antibacterial. What’s with these kissing on the dead people who don’t can’t wrap their minds around an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?
Some hospital disinfectants can also kill it. Heat sterilization works, too.
Any method of sterilization used by labs and hospitals will work on Ebola.
Her body will not remain infectious for very long, especially in the warm climate of Africa.
Some researchers found that wild animals that died of Ebola did not contain virus after 3 or 4 days. I have a microbiologist friend who does not think virus would survive more than a couple of hours after death, due to decomposition-related pH changes.
