If she gets another blue plus sign - it won’t be the SAME “little thing” which she is killing now and is a unique human being! Babies are not fungible. And she cannot just assume that when she is “ready” another child will come. This may be her only chance. Notice she must call it Little THING instead of Little BABY. Cannot admit the baby is human.
