The Constitution gives them that right. While I totally disagree with this decision this is NOT the Articles of Confederation. It is the Constitution ... supremacy clause and all.

Let’s face it, the U.S. Constitution is pretty dang wobbly right now and is on its last legs thanks to Obama and his ‘RATS. All we have left are the state constitutions. If a state constitution demands that a person must be a resident of that state to vote in their election, the state should have the right to make the voter prove that they are a resident. These Feral “judges” should have no say in how a state wants to run its elections. That’s just flat out moronic.

You frequently mention you law background. Will you please post a link or two that prescribes what this so-called “supremacy clause” is and how it can override the 10th Amendment? ...Where in the laws of the US does it give Judges the authority to negate legally enacted laws approved by legislatures of States?
