Hi, I wasn’t able to find a human subject dosage either specifically for treating filo type viruses. I imagine if a hot zone develops near me and mine, I’ll likely go with heavier 10 milligram preventative dosage which seems to be the upper limit of this sleep hormone. I did find a Mayo clinic 35 month Alzheimer’s study which mentioned daily dosage ranges of 1 - 10 milligrams. There also is a Melatonin infused cream that is said to more readily deliver the hormone to the blood stream vs oral capsule GI tract.
