Would the unusual shape of the Ebola virus have any effect? Seems it doesn’t have any airborne or airborne-like effect until very late stages. Maybe the body temp dropping causes it to fluoresce for lack of a better descriptive word? Struggling for verbiage but it struck me overnight that there’s some likeness to spores. I know it’s not actually, but possibly exhibits some of the behavior? May be silly, but thought I’d air it out for scrutiny.
This is also in my field of expertise. Until mold came along as an issue, filtering facepiece masks could not be called a respirator (per OSHA) as they cannot be fit tested (at least quantitative). They are not tight fitting, and particles can pass the face to mask seal.Fine for mold, which is not particularly dangerous to healthy people.
right on rock, airborne for days and fully infective for same
the folks at CDC are clueless and always have been.
I’ll stick with the guys at USAMRIID who are saying no way! no way! no way!
