He was on a ventilator and dialysis prior to death. Of course that equipment costs too much to destroy (/sarc) so how diligently do you think they’ll subject all the working parts to effective decontamination prior to reuse?
They can do away with that equipment and the Federal Reserve, under orders from the Federal Administration, can print more money to buy more equipment. :-)
