He gave us Free Will; He does not control us. We destroyed ourselves. But He loves us and promised us a Redeemer so that we would be saved from ourselves by what His Son Our Redeemer did, not by anything we did or would do.
Before Satan existed, the beautiful Angel Lucifer was sent to Earth to watch over God’s Image but God’s Image had complete unconditional authority over the Earth and had Free Will. It was God’s Image with Free Will and the Free Will of Lucifer that transformed Lucifer to Satan and God’s Image to Satan. Satan is Lucifer stripped of Heavenly Powers and given only the one power to conspire with God’s Altered Image which also had become Satan.
But the Free Will of God’s Altered Image cried out for mercy and forgiveness to which God promised a new and perfect Image that conformed completely with God’s Will. This was known from the beginning for it was Light that was present with God from the very beginning and it was done from Love which is God itself.
The Will of Man leads to death. The Will of God leads to life. We are Free to choose.
Isn't that what led to the problem in the first place ?
