Not an expert, but from what I understand active Ebola virus disappears from different body fluids at different times.
It is apparently present in semen well after it disappears from the blood. I would suspect it is still present in blood after it is no longer present in saliva.
Semen seems to hold onto it longest. No idea why.
The ebola patient in Dallas died and they won’t perform autopsy and will wrap in plastic wrap...so that should mean blood is still contaminated?
