Actually, he was in the vehicle with a pregnant woman who was dying of ebola, taking her to the hospital.
He left the country to come to America right after she died.
So he knew he’d been exposed, and chose to come here where he had family/social ties.
That’s the official story.
The real story may not have been told.
FWIW, his plans to come to America were probably made at least three months before his trip, if only because that’s how long the visa application process takes.
His ticket was bought at least a week before the incident where he was exposed.
So it’s not like he knew he got exposed, and then decided to come to America.
If he knew he had been exposed why infect your family, or was he just thinking he wouldn’t get it?? Sounds like he wasn’t thinking clearly.
