Where in our Constitution is the slightest implication that the Federal government may regulate what the people may consume?

You tell 'em boy! If mexican criminals wanna sell dope to your kids, that's no business but theirs.

There are 2 basic reasons Mexicans sell dope to our children:

1. We have had an open border with Mexico since before Reagan. Smuggling of all kinds - children, terrorists, sex slaves - are flourishing on our southern border.

2. Since drugs are illegal in the USA despite high demand, illicit drug sales are highly profitable. Drug dealers don’t check ID. Notice that Mexicans rarely smuggle alcohol into the US. It’s legal & widely available, so there is no profit in it. Economics 101.
