I frequently ask the question of the drug warriors here, “Does the government have the right to tell you what you may or may not consume?”
“Right”, no. Does it have the authority and power, Yes, because our democratic system has given it to the gov’t.
The US Constitution enumerates the powers vested to the Federal government. ALL other powers are vested in the states & people.
Where in our Constitution is the slightest implication that the Federal government may regulate what the people may consume?
