You have to question whether any of this matters.
I say that because the courts will eventually impose homosexual marriage on all 50 states.
So what will it matter if the GOP were to say they are in favor of it. Why do that? So liberals won’t bash conservatives in the GOP? And all the while, the courts impose it anyway, and end the debate on this subject via U.S. Supreme Court order at some point anyway???
No, the courts do not have the final word.
A constitutional amendment will resolve the issue and prevent the courts from getting involved.
Marriage is between one man, and one woman.
Simple, clear. The states can regulate the age, and relationships.
You are exactly correct. They have no need to say anything. Indiana’s appeal to SCOTUS to hear their case regarding defense of marriage was turned down. So now, Same sex marriage is policy in Indiana, like it or not.
Why are we distracted that homosexuals want to have the legal ability to be on each other’s insurance and inherit from each other like hetero couples? It is a worldly consideration. Obviously, they don’t care about the destructive nature of the relationship and would be “offended” if asked to look at the destructive nature or what God has said about it. Still, they are destroying themselves. All the legislatures and courts have to do at this point is allow these “marriages” only between two and only between adults and only between humans, because those are the next pathways to destruction that will be on the table.
On the other hand abortion is murder.
It is not conservatives that limit Homosexuality, it is AIDS, and no amount of Obama Care will be able to put Humpy Dumpy back together again.
Obama Care will go broke paying for the $50 bucks a day AIDS drugs for the Demoncratic party, there will be nothing left to fight the plagues from Obolas presidential decrees on the borders and other such foolishness.
Who says state legislators and governors have to obey lower courts?
More republican cowardice right there.
