I don’t support an Article V convention at this time.
Those who would be choosing the delegates have already shown that they won’t follow the Constitution as it now exists.
Why in the world would I want people like that tinkering with that great document?
No. I think folks should be focusing on raising up leaders who understand the Constitution, and who are committed to keeping their oaths to support and defend it.
You are extrapolating from some blue state or blue zone observations. Be careful of selection bias in your data sampling or aggregation.
America is still predominately conservative and traditional.
The Assembly of States organization which is organizing the Article V process is a fine group of people educated in the US Constitution.
This group is much more trustworthy than Congress.
Congress has been bought; they’ve sold out. States have not been so compromised.
The Assembly of States organization is a fine proxy for what Congress ought to be.
Ask yourself, will Congress ever propose amendments that strengthen American traditionalists?
