I posted on another thread that I thought I’d seen this guy working nearby intersections and there he was right at North Park mall and Central Expressway!! Local reporters are saying he is being transported to Parkland Hospital. Why? Presbyterian is right around the corner from where they found him. Guess Clay Jenkins wants to put 2 hospitals at risk. Oh, yeah, he doesn’t have insurance so he goes to Parkland. Well, neither does our refugee from Liberia.

The intersections by Northpark are notorious for having homeless begging on the corners. Just drove by there 20 minutes ago.
