Because we elect people to run our secular government. We don’t have a religious test for public office in this country.
We elect a commander in chief, not a clergyman in chief.
Those are some reasons to vote for someone who practices a religion you yourself don’t follow.
People take religion into consideration, and especially Bishops in cults, who are members of the cult’s royalty and who at times would require secret service who are members of the cult’s elites.
“We dont have a religious test for public office in this country.”
You seem to have confused the legal aspects with the right of every voter to vote their conscience and to place their vote based on whatever they wish.
I will not be voting for Mitt RINOmney for many reasons, his cultic member status included.
Our Lord Jesus was NOT brothers with Lucifer.
We do elect a commander-in-chief, though with Clinton we had a commander in BRIEFS. WHAT a sleeze-bag he was.
My point is that FAITH is important to me.
**Would you vote for an atheist for president?
**Would you vote for a Buddhist for president?
**Would you vote for a or Hindu as president?
**Would you vote for a Muslim for president?
**Would you vote for Mitt is he converted to Islam? If not, WHY not? After all, you said: "Because we elect people to run our secular government. We dont have a religious test for public office in this country."
Faith may not matter to you but it DOES matter to me.
If it doesn't matter to you, then you WOULD vote for a Buddhist, Hindu, atheist or Muslim for president. Lol. I sure wouldn't. FAITH matters to me.
