Alas, I had such hopes back in the early-mid 80’s.
I recently looked at the CDC or NIH websites during the Michael $cam ob$e$$ion, and the info I remember was
50,000 new infections annually (the latest year)
40,000 M2M sex
My math tells me that is 80%
Also, a disproportionate % of was males in the 18-20s or so demographics.
So the youngest, the most gullible and vulnerable, make up a high % of cases. Even with the drugs regimen, their systems will take a beating, diminished to fight related or other diseases later in life, at considerable costs all the way around.
And Obamacare is worried about the cost of treating smokers...
Doesn’t surprise me 1 bit...the media and Hollywood like to portray the homosexual lifestyle as being happy and safe, anyone who knows anything about the health and psychological effects of this lifestyle know better.

Although it sounds cruel, AIDs was probably the first time in the history of mankind where those with known contagious diseases were not quarantined from the main population. This Political Correctness mindset (where it is better to die than to be accused of being intolerant) spills over onto the Ebola, and Obamaflu (or whatever bugs are coming across the open borders) front where we let any diseased person to enter the Country. The idea of not allowing flights from West Africa to enter into the United States is verboten.
My guess is that it is even higher than 63% but some of the men are too embarrassed to admit they let another man do that to them.
I would also imagine that most of the women (aside from prostitutes and others who engage in risky practices) who contract HIV/AIDS do so because their husband/boyfriend is secretly bisexual.

One thing guaranteed to make my blood pressure rise is when I hear homos blaming Reagan for the AIDS epidemic. The spread of the disease is all on the homos.
I remember reading the World Alamanac stats for AIDS transmission, and I was like, well yes it is a disease that for whatever reason infected I believe, 60 percent MSMs, I couldn’t take hardly any so-called AIDS strawman published or spoken by some lib seriously ever since.
Doesn’t that mean that if you are a practicing homosexual man you are far more likely to acquire HIV. 2 percent receiving 63 percent means way more likely to get it.
Reagan was very liberal for his day regarding homosexual rights. The left is full of gullible fools and stereotypical bs.
They didn’t account for the Obama PC Factor, it’s probably 93% then.
