CDC Spokesman Dave Daigle stated that the US would not be preventing flights from countries with massive outbreaks of the Ebola virus from coming in to the United States, despite seemingly admitting that the case of Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan showed that airport screening cannot catch every case of Ebola on CNN’s “OutFront” on Wednesday.

He also stated that he was unaware of a report from The New York Times that Duncan had come into contact with a pregnant woman who later fell ill and died, and also did not know Duncan’s flight history.

The guy flew from Brussels and we have no control over flights into Brussels. We do have control over visas and we have issued 13k visas to Ebola Land. Those need to be revoked.

Who wants to sit on a United Airlines flight that may have had an ebola infected traveler wiping his sweat and vomit or feces or urine contaminated hands onto the tray and armrest? Or spraying his body fluid (even with breath exhaled while talking) within 3 feet of the seat where your child is sitting?
You really think the cabins get cleaned that well between flights and that airplanes don’t get shuttled among routes all over the world?

Difficult question. One I would not have believed possible six years ago. I too want to know 'why'. Any ideas? I'm just one person. I can no longer trust any of them. They will not listen ....
