My wife went over six months no doctor at one point. I’m disabled also but I don’t require the care she does. Actually I’m her caregiver and after almost 30 years I’ve seen them try to do it all. My last bout was over her Asthma inhalants. She has to us a neutralizer due to no diaphragm enough to use the crush powder type.
