Howdy everyone! October is here, Fall is here, and it's time for our 4th quarter FReepathon!!
And it's going to be a great quarter. Elections coming up in November and we get to take the Senate away from Obama/Reid!! I don't blame anyone for not wanting to vote for the GOP-e, but we gotta take care of business first. We must wrest control of the Senate away from the Marxist democrats. It's only business. And our freedom.
In the meantime, let's keep the lights on here at Free Republic. FR is funded solely by the donations provided by the people who love and use it. We accept no advertising or corporate sponsors. We sell no merchandise or memberships. We are not a 501c and are not subsidized by the government. It's just us freedom loving citizens exercising our first amendment rights, free of any political party, government or outside influences.
So please keep those donations coming in folks. With Obama's government pulling out all stops on the road to fundamentally transforming America--from a free nation to a communist totalitarian state--we need FR now more than ever to keep it free! Make it a monthly if you can.

If you ran a website or a business before you know that it does require money to operate. Not every utility providing electricity provides their service for free. If you don't pay the bills, they cut off your service. Simple as that.
The big difference between FR and other conservative outlets is FR is solely funded by donations from it's readers. There are no ads on FR which means it doesn't have to abide by the dictates of any commercial outfits.
Any donation no matter how large or small it may be will help keep FR in operation. Bumps of FReepathon threads like this one are also helpful too.
The important thing however is to help in anyway you can to keep FR going. As I mentioned earlier the services being being provided to FR by electric utilities are not free. These companies expect payment or else they will turn off the lights. FR is funded by us, it's consumers. So, it's up to us to make sure FR is funded so it can continue to pay those bills in order to keep the electricity running.
And, remember, if you can't make a donation then just do the next best thing and bump these Freepathon threads so those who can make a financial donation will know that there is a Freepathon going on.
Folks, let's all do our part to keep FR running. There's way too much at stake for us to lose it right now. Please donate and/or help BTTT these threads.
