When my kids start coming down with something I give them Resveratrol NAC Curcumin Zinc plus a day or 2 of megadoses Vitamin D3 and usually we bypass the whole thing, None of us has had a common cold for more than a day in several years
Since I began taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D, I've only been sick once in 9 years. I'm 70 YO.
