That is virus but not necessarily viable virus. If it were viable the patient wouldn't still be surviving.

Not true. The patient becomes immune if he survives and can kill (easily) with his semen.

That’s incorrect. The virus is alive in the sperm and can infect other people who come into contact.

Numerous sources confirm this.
