This one may or may not be Muslim but some of the next 500 or so will be Muslims.
think how effective this would be if you could get the "believers" to do it.
thousands of biological weapons on planes, moving through airports, malls, hospitals, etc.
you could never bring about the fear and devastation for just the price of a plane ticket.
they'd be walking time bombs.
